Recently I went to Gent to spot the latest places, and some good old favorites. Let’s see what caught my eye!

Checking in at this hotel in a former post office. I’ve stayed here a few years ago as well, and due to the central location I’ve decided to book it again.

Lunch at SteamyWindows, a dumpling bar in a side street of the Groenenmarkt and the Langemunt

Visit to yd nordic house, a Scandinavian inspired interior shop

Mandatory shopping stop at this inspiring fashion store

This concept store sells fashion, interior, coffee, cake and home accessoires in a stylish setting

Get the guides at Piet Hippoliet

Dinner at a Japanese inspired bar and restaurant facing the river Leie

Weekend brunch at Bar Win

Bar Win does brunch during the weekends, but it’s actually a natural wine bar

Prinsenhof, a beautiful area in Gent

The Knitster, a bronze sculpture by French artist Jean-Pierre Clémençon

A guest house that sleeps up to 8 people
