How soon can I expect my order?

Delivery times vary based on location:

Germany: approx. 1 – 3 business days
Rest of Europe: approx. 3 – 10 business days
Asia: approx. 8 – 15 business days
USA/Pacific: approx. 3 – 5 weeks
Rest of the world: approx. 3 – 8 weeks

Delivery times for larger parcels sent with FedEx Economy are 2 – 3 business days in Europe and 3 – 8 business days for the rest of the world.

We ship out orders every Monday and Thursday from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany.

We use Spring Global Mail, DHL and German Post for our standard and tracked orders. There’s an additional fee for tracked orders.

We generally ship all packages heavier than 2kg with FedEx Economy. Prices vary depending on destination and weight. Calculate the shipping price in our webshop. 

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We are unable to exchange and refund delivered print items, such as our guides and magazines. However, if you never received your product or received the wrong item please contact our customer service at shop@petitepassport.com and we will resolve the issue. Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where does Petite Passport deliver?

Petite Passport ships worldwide. Please proceed to the checkout to calculate the shipping price.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Petite Passport accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Bancontact and all major credit cards.

Does the membership auto-renew?

All memberships will auto-renew on the day that they are due to expire: one month or one year (depending on the membership of your choice) after the date they are purchased. You can change the membership via your account page.

Can I cancel my membership?

We’re sad to see you go. To cancel your membership, go to your account page and click the button ‘Cancel Subscription’. Your membership will expire at the end of its term.

Can I use the pictures on your site?

You are welcome to use the product photos from our online shop page on your blog or site, as long as you properly credit Petite Passport and link back to our homepage or the product page. All content on this website is copyrighted. High resolution product photos are available upon request at info@petitepassport.com
