Sometimes you’ll find the loveliest stores in the tiniest villages, such as l’Etoile in Bergen.
If you’re discovering The Netherlands you should add Bergen to your list. Named an artist village, conveniently located close to the beach and a true picture-perfect town. I’ve stayed at Strandhotel Zoomers and decided to make a road trip to Bergen (only 20 minutes by car).
The owner of l’Etoile selects products with a story that will make your every day better. From hand soap to jewelry and from ceramics to paper goods. The vases by Viki Weiland are worth mentioning. The Danish designer works as a ceramist in Copenhagen and makes her vases, coffee cups and candle holders by hand on a pottery wheel.
