PARAMOUNT COFFEE PROJECT SYDNEY

Most striking feature:

The coffee. Surry Hills is full of great cafes and restaurants. And especially for those who want their daily coffee fix they’ve come to the right place. Earlier I wrote about Reuben Hills, but there’s another not to be missed spot and that’s called the Paramount Coffee Project. The guys behind Reuben Hills and Seven Seeds in Melbourne are behind this spacious cafe in the old Paramount Film Offices. So by that you can imagine how good the coffee is but the design is also not to be missed: concrete floors, wooden tables, beautiful plants and white tiles on the walls. And in the back there’s a tokyobike shop where you can actually rent a bike to cruise around Sydney (highly recommended).
