3 reasons to go there:
1.If you like checking out the second location of Merci. Exactly 16 years after the opening of the iconic Marais store, the famous concept store now also has a location in the 1st arrondissement. The store, housed in a former post office, is slightly smaller than the one in the Marais, has a more industrial atmosphere with big windows, high ceilings and of course the red Fiat (hanging on the wall this time).
2.If you like shopping for a carefully curated mix of fashion, homeware, stationery, beauty, furniture and shoes. Expect many unique French brands, mixed with brands we all love. From linen bedding to design chairs and from Dore’s famous Le Cleanser for your skin to a selection of coffee table books. And they have something for every budget: from a pencil shaped like a croissant for a few euros to the Merci sofa for more than 2000 euros.
3.If you like visiting their pop-up shop. When I was there they had a temporary Hello Kitty x Merci shop, and that changes regularly, so you’ll always find something unique.
