3 reasons to go there:

 

1.If you like to try out the latest project of Australian-born chefs James Henry (known for his restaurant Au Passage and, the now closed, Bones in Paris) and Shaun Kelly (who used to work at St John restaurant before meeting James Henry at Au Passage in Paris).

 

2.If you like to have dinner in the former stables of Château de Saint Vrain, where artists Niki de Saint Phalle and Tinguely used to create their sculptures. The architecture is done by Parisian design company ciguë and 1024.

 

3.If you like to escape Paris. In September they will also open the doors of their guesthouse.
