Last Wednesday we’ve launched the first Petite Passport Guide, the Amsterdam Guide, with a select group of game-changers in Amsterdam’s hospitality and retail scene. Because &Klevering Oudeschans, a b&b nestled in between two beautiful canals, is on the cover of the guide and it’s such a beautiful address which feels like home, I’ve decided to organize it there. Guests were welcomed with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne to celebrate this special evening. After I talked about Petite Passport and the launch of the guides we could all enjoy the delicious Bilder & de Clercq dishes. From sausages from Brandt & Levie to a very tasty quinoa cauliflower salad and a Saint Felicien cheeses out of the oven. To freshen up there was Marie Stella Maris water. I like to take this opportunity to thank Rik, my boyfriend aka the best support ever, my friends and family for all their support, Foreign Policy Design for their stunning design which is always directly on spot, the readers of Petite Passport because they are continuously challenging me to serve them the best way possible regarding the best spots on earth and the hotspots, and creative people behind it, who are making me so happy every time I enter their space!
I’ve worked with photographer Danique van Kesteren once for a Dutch magazine and I immediately knew she was the one who had to capture the event. I love her photography, so if you need a photographer for an article or have an event or wedding check out her site www.oakandfir.com. Thanks for your beautiful report, Danique!
