TRIED & TESTED
Inspiration from classic cars

Mariapaviljoen is a newly opened (April 11th) restaurant in a former hospital. When you go here for dinner you have to fill out a form (het intake formulier) so they can ‘treat’ you well and you walk out alive and kicking. And when that doesn’t happen; they have brancards on stand by. The Mariapaviljoen is from the same owners as Eetbar Dit and Dit Ook, the popular cafés in the center of Den Bosch. And together with Studio Boot they made the interior modern but with funny details. Like a skeleton on one of the brancards and vintage posters of the human body on the wall. It’s open for lunch and dinner.
